How to participate in tenders and be a vendor of the EMBRAPAR group companies
The vendor registration process starts with an Application for Registration and the online form completion.
After the Application for Registration is accepted, additional documents are requested. See the list of documents required for:
Companies in Brazil (only in portuguese)
Self-employed in Brazil (only in portuguese)
Companies abroad
The delivered documents will be analyzed and you will be contacted to be informed about the development of the process, and about the next steps to be taken.
If the product to be supplied requires technical approval, the acceptance will be subject to the referred ratification. In this case, Embratel will contact your company to inform the next steps to be taken.
How to Apply for your Registration
Complete the online form
The receipt by Embratel of the application form and of the certificates does not imply that the vendor has been accepted, or any obligation to the requesting company.

When the application is approved, Embratel will request its renewal on a yearly basis in order to keep the records updated. Embratel will request the relevant certificates on a monthly basis as well.
How to request any change in your registration
In case of any relevant change in your organization, please send an e-mail to cadfor@embratel.com.br. Only requests made by companies already registered as vendors of the EMBRAPAR group will be accepted .
